Job Summary
Senior Manager, Business Transformation Office (BTO) at 7-Eleven serves as the primary finance partner for the transformation portfolio, overseeing financial integrity, compliance, and value realization across initiatives. Responsible for validating business cases, actuals validation, and ensuring alignment between initiative savings, forecasts, and reported results. Partners with FP&A on value capture processes, develops executive dashboards and ad hoc analyses, identifies risks and opportunities, and leads cross-functional collaboration to maximize value realization. Oversees governance, financial controls, and the development and coaching of BTO Senior Financial Analysts to support strategic decision-making and annual financial planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/4-year degree
- 7+ years relevant work experience
- 3+ years management experience
- CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent professional certification
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Transformation, Business Performance Management, or related functions
