Job Summary
Senior Manager, Business Solutions leads end-to-end operational and client-facing activities for TA Scan and OpenTA — Anju Software's clinical trial intelligence products. Owns the full cycle from presales through client retention, while coordinating day-to-day platform operations, QA workflows, data analysis, and a small operations team. Collaborates with DevOps, engineering, product, and pharma/biotech stakeholders; provides client demos, RFP support, training, and business reviews; mentors a team and ensures platform stability, data quality, and accurate documentation. Supports sales enablement, platform messaging, and cross-functional alignment with marketing and product to drive renewals and growth in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a role combining data operations, client success, or business solutions within pharma, biotech, or clinical data technology
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is strongly preferred; comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take on responsibilities beyond a defined scope
