Job Summary
Executive-facing leadership role responsible for shaping strategic direction, governance, and execution of business process technology solutions across the organization. Responsibilities include establishing strategic vision and roadmap for the product portfolio across enterprise systems, translating operational priorities into scalable technology solutions, aligning business stakeholders with development teams, governing enterprise data management, and fostering a high-performing, accountable culture through mentorship and talent development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Sciences
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- 5+ years in progressively responsible management or leadership roles
- Background in database architecture, data mining, and business intelligence
- Experience with database driven, web-hosted applications
- Strong background in statistical analysis
- Experience in relational databases and complex SQL queries
- Demonstrated success leading technical organizations, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering complex initiatives with measurable business impact
- Basic knowledge of budgetary process
