Job Summary
The Senior Manager – Business Operations will drive operational excellence through data management and analytics, vendor engagement, and performance analysis. Responsibilities include providing operational support to Account Management Teams, managing operational and vendor-related data, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates, and applying analytical methodologies. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners to promote alignment and foster improvements. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and have at least 8 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations, preferably from supply chain or sourcing industry
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to interpret data
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in supporting IT or AI-related projects
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
