Senior Manager, Business Operations

Lead a team of Managers, Supervisors, Associates and/or Analysts who are responsible for the Operational tasks within Customer Operations including managing setup, QA, launch and supporting sales and account management activities across all verticals in both managed and self-service capacities. Provide 1:1 coaching, performance management and professional development to all team members to achieve team and company goals. Foster and maintain a performance-driven team culture, driving continuous improvements with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, and advocating for AC resources and optimizations. Help drive and execute the team’s vision and OKRs. Oversee day-to-day management of Operations talent pipeline, budget, desk assignments, and agendas for team meetings including Weekly Standups and ad hoc meetings as needed. Oversee day-to-day management of launch volume including monitoring daily, weekly and monthly launch volume to recommend adjustments to staffing and assignments. Partner within Customer Operations to ensure you have the data needed to effectively manage your team and to enhance internal offer set up new and continuous training. Participate in an on-call rotation and provide coverage after hours as needed to support business-critical operations.
