Job Summary

Develop supply chain strategy and execute budgets to achieve North America manufacturing targets while managing production plans and inventory levels across all sites. Lead the SI&OP process, maintain master data accuracy, and drive capacity decisions for new product introductions and phase-outs. Collaborate with corporate functions, manufacturing plants, and vendors to resolve chronic supply issues and optimize results through consistent tools and processes. Monitor KPIs, analyze financial and customer data, and report on demand forecasting to improve customer service and deliver cost improvements. Manage a team of experienced professionals focused on policy implementation and operational efficiency within the biopharma and healthcare sectors.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Minimum of ten (10) years in commercial and operations-oriented activities
  • At least eight (8) years in key management roles directly responsible for Operations and/or Supply Chain Planning functions
  • Deep knowledge of planning / SI&OP process
  • Understanding of business / financial goals to provide strategic direction
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all functions
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem solving skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Supply Chain certification (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP, IBF or equivalent)
  • SAP/APO experience
  • Chemical industry experience
  • Private equity experience
  • Demonstrated use of OpEx techniques and methodology to lead continuous improvement efforts through effective problem solving and implementation of corrective action plans
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work effectively both globally and cross-functionally
  • Understanding of financial impact of plans and actions
  • Well-developed project management skills
  • Strong strategic agility, change leadership, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a global organization effectively
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
