Job Summary
Lead AI-driven automation for repetitive administrative processes and reporting, including end-to-end project lifecycle management, work authorization creation, and cost forecasting. Evaluate RBC AI tools for ecosystem fit, redesign savings tracking methodologies, and transition the organization from static spreadsheets to dynamic, automated dashboards. Optimize monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and budget tracking while enhancing vendor governance through performance monitoring. Act as a champion for digital transformation to upskill teams on adopting new AI-assisted agents. 37.5-hour work week, full-time, Toronto, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in business management, operations, and supplier delivery
- 3+ years leading operational transformation initiatives, process re-engining or automation projects
- Experience automating workflows using automation/AI tools
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office Programs (Power Point, Excel, Outlook, and Word), Tableau and other data visualization tools
- Knowledge of RBC IT project forecasting, development delivery, system maintenance and IT tracking tools (MIS, Plan view, KPI metrics)
- Excellent analytical skills
- proven experience conducting data analysis/discovery/aggregation as a foundation to providing meaningful analysis and management reporting to facilitate business decisions at a senior management/executive level
