Job Summary
Senior Manager, Business Lending role focused on shaping and managing the strategic transformation pipeline and multi-year roadmap across the business, driving prioritisation and investment decisions, overseeing business case development and benefits realisation, and delivering executive-level insights and reporting. Works with senior stakeholders across business, product, finance and technology to embed disciplined planning practices, improve decision-making, and strengthen the organisation’s ability to deliver complex transformation outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in strategy, portfolio management, transformation or PMO within a complex or enterprise environment
- Proven ability to develop and manage multi-year roadmaps, including prioritisation and investment decision support
- Strong experience building and evaluating business cases and tracking benefits realisation outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in reporting and delivering insights to senior leadership forums
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across business, product, finance and technology teams
