Job Summary
Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen R&D performance and discover new opportunities through scientific, digital, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include driving cross-functional improvement initiatives, optimizing key R&D processes, and supporting portfolio planning. Ideal candidates will have a Master's or PhD in relevant fields, 5–8 years of R&D experience, strong expertise in food chemistry, proven leadership in projects, and proficiency in various R&D tools.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in R&D or innovation management, ideally in food or consumer goods
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving transformation
Desired Qualifications
- Strong expertise in food chemistry, formulation, and experimental design
- Proficiency in R&D tools and methodologies (e.g., ELN, LIMS, Signavio, Agile, Stage-Gate)
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
