Job Summary
Senior Manager, Business Development Enablement (maternity cover for 12 months FTC) leads the development and delivery of a business development enablement strategy for a defined area, aligning to growth priorities, driving adoption of central assets (Proposition Packs/BD Packs), coordinating cross-functional activities, and embedding best practices to enable solution-led selling. Key responsibilities include defining activation priorities, securing stakeholder agreement, ensuring routines reflect buyer needs, translating insights into actionable plans, and delivering local enablement with measurable outcomes. Requires senior-stakeholder influence, delivery discipline, and strong use of KPIs/dashboards to optimize performance.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in sales enablement/business development within a complex B2B environment
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and mobilise partner cohorts
- Strong programme delivery and risk management capability
- Comfortable with metrics and dashboards to drive action and improvement
