Job Summary
Drive new business and expand AppLovins Consumer (eCommerce & Apps) client base from Shenzhen by leading end-to-end sales, from prospecting to contract closing, and shaping a new business line at the intersection of performance marketing and business development. Build regional growth strategies for APAC, manage strategic partnerships, and serve as the primary client contact to deliver customized growth solutions. Collaborate with product, operations, technical, and customer success teams to onboard clients, optimize campaigns, and ensure successful project delivery. Track industry trends, produce market analyses, participate in industry events, and maintain accurate sales pipelines and regular reporting. Required: 5 years of sales/BD experience in mobile ad tech/digital marketing/e-commerce/non-gaming apps with APAC experience; fluent in English and Mandarin; Bachelors degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade or related fields. Preferred: experience in e-commerce space and brand operations; mature APAC client resources; familiarity with cross-border ad tech and UA platforms; knowledge of AppLovin.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of professional sales and business development experience in mobile ad tech, digital marketing, e-commerce, or non-gaming app industry with APAC market operation experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade or related fields
