Job Summary

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partner relationships across OEMs, telcos, content providers, and key verticals, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Proactively manage existing partnerships by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and uncovering new collaboration avenues while identifying and executing subscriber-growth initiatives like co-marketing, bundling, and distribution expansion. Independently structure, negotiate, and close renewals, expansions, and new deals from diligence through execution, and build joint business plans and quarterly reviews to align partners on shared goals. Analyze partner performance against key metrics to translate data into actionable strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, and finance to launch and scale partner programs. Represent FOX externally at industry events and stay current on streaming trends. Regular, on-site attendance of a minimum of three days per week is required.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy
  • Proven track record of independently managing and growing strategic partner relationships or accounts, with direct ownership of outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously as an individual contributor and drive results with little hand-holding in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Deep understanding of subscription business models and their key performance drivers, including funnel conversion, subscriber acquisition, churn, and customer lifetime value
  • Strong commercial instincts and negotiation experience, with the ability to structure and close deals end-to-end
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build business cases and interpret data to inform strategy and decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, compelling presentations for executive audiences
  • Highly organized, with strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple partner workstreams simultaneously
  • A proactive, growth-minded self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, and follow-through
  • Passion for digital media and genuine curiosity about the evolving streaming landscape
  • Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week
  • Selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience leading or owning deals with enterprise-level or OEM partners
