Job Summary
Lead Business Analysis and Project Management for Marsh Policy Servicing (PPS), translating insurance strategies into functional requirements for Data Miner and digital tools. Manage E2E process planning, stakeholder engagement with global and onshore leaders, and resource utilization across Operations teams. Drive change management during system migrations, maintain robust operational discipline using reporting metrics, and develop dashboards to track processing trends. Ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery while fostering team growth and navigating complex insurance broking landscapes. Requires 8+ years in team management and 3-5 years in Business Analysis within the insurance domain.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of Insurance broking business
- 8+ years of managing teams and preparing project plans/schedules
- 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience
- 6-8 years' overall experience in Insurance domain
- Analytical ability and Decision making
- Communication, Influencing and Negotiation skills
- Leadership and People management
- Change management
- Planning and Organizing
- Resource Management
- Should be comfortable with 12pm -9pm & 1pm – 10pm
- Working onsite with clients at least three days per week
