Job Summary
Senior Manager, Business Analysis & Consulting (Medicare) leads cross-functional initiatives to shape and execute Medicare post-acute care strategies through data-driven analyses, reporting strategy, and executive-level insights. Responsible for defining program reporting assets, performing advanced data analyses to extract clinical and business intelligence, building relationships with clinical, analytics, and operations leaders, and delivering actionable recommendations. Partners with senior clinical leaders and external partners to design interventions, monitor healthcare quality and affordability, craft executive briefings, and drive timely deliverables. Requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence without direct authority. 7+ years in data reporting/analytics, healthcare experience preferred; Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred). Pay range includes base salary with bonus/equity opportunities; full-time benefits. Responsibilities emphasize data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering impact on care delivery and member outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in data reporting, analytics, information management, or related field
- 3+ years of such experience specific to the healthcare industry; consulting experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge of healthcare/clinical/health plan data and proficiency in analyzing such data
- Experience designing reporting solutions in collaboration with clinical stakeholders
- Project management certification or equivalent experience
