Job Summary
Senior Manager, Budgeting and Forecasting role supporting ISOC and ISOC Foundation. Leads annual budgeting, manages forecasting, tailors internal reports for program owners, leadership, and the Board, and oversees the Budgeting and Forecasting team. Responsibilities include coordinating strategy-aligned budgeting timelines, training non-finance staff on budget monitoring and expense coding, cross-functional budgeting for programs and operations, analyzing program finances, supporting board reports and long-term sustainability planning, and mentoring the Senior Accountant, Budgeting & Forecasting. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 8-10 years in budgeting/forecasting, strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and experience with budgeting and forecasting systems; experience in a global non-profit environment and management experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 8-10 years of experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Proficiency with accounting, budgeting, and forecasting systems
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
- Previous management experience preferred
