Job Summary
Senior Manager, Brand Management and Merchandising leads the development and execution of category/brand strategies across the TBC enterprise, translating data-driven insights into actionable plans for product assortment, pricing, promotions, and placement. Responsible for managing category/brands, optimizing revenue growth, supporting supplier collaboration and new product introductions, and guiding analysts/managers through cross-functional partnership to improve market share and customer satisfaction. Must oversee strategic initiatives, analyze market trends and competitive landscape, develop category roadmaps (including a 5-year plan for TBC Brands), maintain inventory coverage and lead negotiations with suppliers, while mentoring team members and tracking KPIs to measure performance. Requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, inventory, demand planning, and operations teams; proficiency with data analytics tools (Qlik, PowerBI, Alteryx) and Microsoft Office; willingness to travel up to 10% and operate in a hybrid (2 days in office) environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, finance or related field
- 5-7 years in sales, merchandising, marketing or supply chain
- Experience in Category Management a plus
- Automotive/Tire industry or related experience a plus
- Solid understanding of the OE tire market is a plus
- Hybrid (2 days in office) - In Office for Training
- Willing to travel 10%
