Job Summary
Lead Brand & Content as a player-coach with two direct reports and a freelance partner; own brand strategy, PR, and executive thought leadership, setting the editorial and creative bar across all touchpoints. Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing peers (Demand Gen, PMM) to distribute and amplify content; manage the editorial and content calendar connecting thought leadership, launches, and lifecycle; oversee PR and ghostwritten leadership pieces, media relationships, and the agency community presence. Maintain the creative standard across ads, web, launches, and customer-facing assets, and be the brand voice in cross-functional decisions with PMM, Web Strategy, and senior leadership. 6+ years in B2B brand/content leadership (SaaS/marketing-tech preferred) with a proven track record of moving market perception through hands-on brand work, strong editorial craft, and ability to mentor senior writers and designers.
