Job Summary
Develop and own the company's brand architecture, vision, and identity across product categories while crafting a unified narrative for consumers and investors. Lead full-funnel D2C growth strategies on ecommerce and marketplaces, managing digital performance marketing to achieve ROAS and CPA goals. Oversee B2B brand presence for distributors and retail partners, designing sales enablement tools and supporting lead generation campaigns. Partner with R&D teams on new product development, conducting pre-launch market testing and ensuring alignment with sustainability principles. Mentor a small marketing team, establish clear KPIs, and present quarterly brand reviews to founders and the board. This role supports scaling the brand across India and beyond, blending creativity with analytical rigor to position the company as an emerging challenger in the personal care space.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or growth leadership roles
- Strong background in FMCG, D2C, or personal/home care industries
- Proven ability to build brands from scratch
- Proven ability to develop consumer campaigns
- Proven ability to launch new product lines
- Deep understanding of digital marketing
