Job Summary
Lead and deliver high-impact global strategic initiatives, BD&L, and M&A integration programs by driving project execution, stakeholder alignment, and change management to achieve business objectives within scope, budget, and timelines. Deliver project work in partnership with sponsoring functions by tracking milestones and engaging stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Contribute to developing standardized frameworks, templates, and methodologies for project delivery and change management to establish best practices. Share lessons learned and knowledge gathered from projects across the team and relevant organizations to ensure continuous improvement. Requires a graduate degree with minimum 10 years of experience leading strategic projects, ideally in consulting or pharmaceutical environments, with scientific industry experience in drug discovery or development.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in technical, scientific, financial, or business discipline
- Minimum 10 years with +5 years' experience leading strategic projects
- Experience in management consulting and business partnering in a global organization
- Understanding of end-to-end project lifecycles
- Proven track record of managing global projects and programs
- Focus on successful outcome delivery and embedding within the organization
Desired Qualifications
- MBA / masters in pharma
- Scientific industry experience with understanding of drug discovery/development in pharma or biotech
