Job Summary
Senior Manager, BizOps & Analytics is embedded in one of Jerry.ai's core business areas (growth, product, AI & automation, strategic partnerships) and owns the analytical function end-to-end for that unit. You will define problems, establish metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, surface data insights, and drive data-informed decisions that move key business metrics. The role requires first-principles thinking, comfort with Excel/SQL/Python, and a hands-on ownership mindset to surface insights, make recommendations, and see initiatives through to impact. The team values independent problem-solving, clear communication, and a results-driven, execution-focused approach.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
- Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at leadership level
