Senior Manager, BESS Deployment Programs

Senior Manager leads end-to-end DOE California Water Utilities and EPC energy/storage projects, managing cross-functional teams (engineering, contractors, permitting, utilities) from development through commissioning and handoff to service. Serves as primary client interface, overseeing project reporting, documentation (minutes, action logs), and commercial coordination with water utility stakeholders and DOE requirements. Develops and manages scopes of work, subcontractor agreements, change orders, and project financials, ensuring accuracy in budgeting, accounting, and cost performance. Oversees project scheduling and execution, maintaining master and short-term schedules, tracking delays, and ensuring delivery aligns with approved specifications, timelines, and budgets. Provides leadership and direction to project teams and field personnel, promoting safety, operational standards, and effective coordination across subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders. Ensures compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and reporting requirements while driving project performance, customer satisfaction, and successful transition to operations.
