Job Summary
Senior Manager, Global Benefits to lead the design, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of Rackspace Technology’s global benefits programs across 22 countries. Responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive global benefits strategy, designing and enhancing programs (health/welfare, retirement, wellbeing, leave), conducting market benchmarking, and ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance. Oversee day-to-day benefits operations, enrollment, eligibility, communications, and issue resolution; manage vendor relationships; collaborate with Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, Legal, and procurement. Lead and develop a two-person Benefits Analysts team; provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership and drive benefits education initiatives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of global benefits experience with demonstrated success across the United States, India, and the United Kingdom. Preferred qualifications include CEBS/CBP/SHRM certifications and experience with benefits technology implementations, mergers/acquisitions, and global workforce integration. The role is fully remote with hybrid options near the San Antonio HQ, and remote postings are limited to the posting location country.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive benefits experience, including global benefits programs
- Experience designing and administering benefits across multiple countries (US, India, UK)
- Strong knowledge of global benefits practices, compliance, and vendor management
- Experience leading benefits teams and developing talent
- Excellent analytical, financial, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience influencing senior leaders
