Job Summary
Lead base management initiatives to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value across telecom products; collaborate with Commercial, Trading, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Technology and Customer functions to translate base strategy into executable plans, drive retention, loyalty, cross-sell and upsell initiatives, and deliver measurable benefits in churn reduction, margin improvement, and customer satisfaction. Facilitate agile ceremonies, governance, and cross-functional coordination; monitor performance metrics (churn, CLV, retention, NPS/CSAT) and communicate insights to senior stakeholders to enable data-driven decision making. Ensure the Base squad delivers value aligned with commercial, trading, product, regulatory and customer-experience priorities while maintaining focus on simple, transparent customer experiences and scalable processes.
