Job Summary
Senior Manager – Audit Quality & Transactions to drive audit quality and support acquisition activity across the group. Hands-on role with exposure to M&A, audit due diligence, post-acquisition integration, and engagement transfers. Partners and RI stakeholders across multiple teams, audit file reviews, identifying risks, developing practical guidance and training, and contributing to audit methodology and systems. Non-client facing with focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and audit readiness, including regulatory updates and UK GAAP queries. Based in the UK (Fareham, Hampshire).
Required Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
- Strong audit background at Manager or Senior Manager level
