Job Summary
Senior Manager, ATM & Device Management leads end-to-end field service delivery and maintenance operations for ATMs and related devices across a defined market, directing a distributed team of technicians and service leaders, managing dispatch, maintenance execution, inventory, and performance tracking to improve uptime and service quality. Responsibilities include ensuring on-time maintenance with first-time fix focus, coaching and developing technicians, overseeing SLAs and KPI metrics, leading District Service Managers and Implementation Managers, managing parts inventory and vendor requirements, driving cost efficiency and reduced third-party reliance, coordinating DRS-related maintenance, and expanding internal capability through training and performance monitoring. The role emphasizes operational excellence, budgeting for field service operations, and delivering consistent service outcomes across the market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in field service operations, maintenance, or technical service delivery
- 5-6+ years of leadership experience managing technicians or field service teams
- Experience managing dispatch, field scheduling, and service delivery in a distributed environment
