Job Summary
Senior Manager, Athlete Marketing responsible for developing national athlete marketing strategy and overseeing a national portfolio of athletes. Lead partnerships with teams, leagues, and federations, design and execute activations and campaigns, collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations, mentor Athlete Marketing Managers and Specialists, and ensure authentic representation of athletes’ stories to strengthen Red Bull’s brand in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 6+ years in sports or athlete marketing
- Extensive network within sports, creative, and media industries
- Strong leadership, innovation, organization, and team skills
- Excellent understanding of media and digital landscapes and trends
- Experience with partnerships and contracting
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in inventing and organizing sports projects
- Educated in sports, experiential marketing, or media with work experience in sports industry, event or marketing agency, sport institution, federation, or as a journalist
