Senior Manager/Associate Director, Scientific Communications at TerSera Therapeutics in Deerfield, IL. Responsible for developing, managing, and disseminating core scientific data for TerSera products in North America, including Medical Information, MLR/MAM medical review, Publications, Training, Content Development, and support of Medical Affairs activities. Hybrid role (minimum three days in the office) based in Deerfield, IL. Duties include creating standard and custom response letters for medical inquiries, updating letters as new data emerge, managing Medical Information call-center relationships, representing Medical Affairs in MLR/MAM committee reviews, providing medical guidance for promotional and training materials, contributing to literature alerts and competitive intelligence, supporting literature searches and data analysis, leading AMCP product dossiers, developing publication plans, NCCN letter submissions, supporting field teams, and providing training for the commercial organization. Requirements include regulatory knowledge (FDA/OPDP), strong cross-functional communication, and advanced degree with substantial pharma/biotech experience, particularly in oncology, and leadership capability.
