Job Summary
The Senior Manager / Associate Director, Customer Relations role focuses on uplifting service efficiency and effectiveness through evaluating current service approaches, identifying gaps, and translating insights into practical recommendations. Responsibilities include supporting the servicing team in improving service processes, conducting evaluations to identify service gaps and enhancement opportunities, assessing the effectiveness of member education programs, and developing analytical reporting to support service reviews. Successful candidates will demonstrate extensive industry knowledge, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- University degree with extensive industry knowledge on the retirement industry management
- 6-8 years working experience in MPF
- Experience in servicing, business development and general management from insurance, financial institution, or trustee industries
- Proactive, customer-driven approach
- Excellent inter-personal skills with a strong sales and servicing orientation
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
