Senior Manager / Associate Director, Corporate Communications

Job Summary
Senior-level communications leader to guide external and internal corporate communications, develop content strategies for external channels (LinkedIn, press materials, FAQs, fact sheets, key messages), support partnerships and product launches, contribute to thought leadership, shape internal communications and executive visibility, and manage issues/crisis communications. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end communications projects, coordinating cross-functional input, and ensuring messaging consistency across internal and external audiences. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10–15 years in corporate communications or PR, strong bilingual writing (English and Chinese), and proven stakeholder and project management skills. Working arrangement is Hybrid with Manulife/John Hancock in Hong Kong.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- 10–15 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations
- Experience in both internal and external communications including events
- Experience in press materials, corporate announcements and thought leadership
- Experience supporting issues or crisis communications is highly desirable
- Strong bilingual writing, editing and proofreading skills (English and Chinese)
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
