Job Summary
Manulife HK seeks a Senior Manager/Associate Director for Bancassurance Business Development to enhance partnership with designated banking partners. The role involves collaboration with the Bank's sales team to strategize and monitor retail business plans, driving initiatives to meet goals, providing sales insights and product knowledge, managing sales communication, and implementing customer-centric propositions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the life insurance sector, outstanding relationship-building skills, and a strong focus on results.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of experience in the Hong Kong life insurance industry
- Experience in frontline role of Retail Banking is preferred
- Strong storytelling ability
- Familiarity with industry’s best practices and market competitive environment
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge in different product propositions, internal and external marketing, sales skills, training, and sales tools
