Job Summary
Senior Manager, Asset & Profit Protection leads safety, security, and loss prevention programs across locations; oversees investigations, incident management, risk assessments, and compliance. Partners with store leadership, corporate teams, and external agencies to develop policies, monitor security systems, and report on trends and risks. Responsible for training initiatives, emergency preparedness, and maintaining records of loss prevention activities; requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and knowledge of security systems. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8+ years of experience in safety, security, or loss prevention. Location-focused responsibilities in New York, NY, US.
