Job Summary
Leads software development and architecture across multiple teams, driving backend optimization, scalability, and secure data integration. Responsible for staffing, performance management, and alignment with enterprise strategy; guides technical solutions, architecture design, and governance across product families; emphasizes talent development, collaboration with product/functional leads, and adherence to security and reliability standards. Requires 12+ years of experience with leadership, and a degree in Computer Science/Engineering (Master’s preferred). Proficiency with Java-based stacks, Node.js, React, and cloud technologies (AWS); capable of scaling organizations and delivering high-quality development outputs while partnering with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in leadership or managerial role
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities
- Technical depth in Java-based ecosystem; experience with modern engineering stacks (Java, Node.js, React)
- Cloud technology familiarity (AWS preferred)
- Ability to scale organizations and manage multiple teams (~20 teams)
- Strong communication with US and India stakeholders
