Job Summary
Senior Manager, APAC Distribution Compliance & Risk Management leads APAC Distribution compliance and risk programs across multiple jurisdictions, serving as CRM point for APAC and coordinating with Legal, Enterprise Risk, Global Compliance, and Internal Audit; develops and maintains policies and procedures, coordinates risk assessments and certifications, educates Sales/Marketing/Client Services/Operations, and provides strategic consulting to senior managers responsible for first-line defense activities; role requires Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience and deep knowledge of APAC regulatory frameworks and asset management products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and 8+ years of total relevant work experience
- Knowledgeable on country specific rules and regulations for APAC regions
- Ability to understand complex and multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements
- Working knowledge of compliance within the investment industry
- Prior global asset management experience supporting institutional and intermediary clients
- Knowledge of Asset Management products and vehicles
