Job Summary
Senior Manager, AP Service Delivery responsible for end-to-end AP workflow optimization, S2P process execution, UAT across APAC/EU/TR, and KPI/OKR reporting. Collaborates with local markets to standardize processes, provide training, and ensure regulatory compliance. Manages MEC directives, supports decision communication across markets, trains Operations teams, acts as backup for Leads, and leads MBR/QBR presentations. Requires 5+ years AP experience, a relevant degree, SAP Hana/ERP familiarity, strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, multilingual, multinational environment. Hybrid work arrangement in Taguig, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
- 5+ years of relevant accounting and Accounts Payable experience
- Experience as Accounts Payable SME with Center of Excellence operations
- Proven experience in service delivery or a related field
- ERP systems such as SAP Hana and other invoicing/ticketing systems (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in English for overseas stakeholder communication
