Job Summary
Partner with digital product, CRM, and engineering to set up, measure, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests while enhancing Google Analytics implementation to improve onsite customer experience. Conduct ad hoc deep dive analyses to understand conversion trends and optimize opportunities, then present complex findings in clear, concise ways that inspire confident action. Manage and mentor one direct report on technical and communication skills, collaborate across teams to develop metrics supporting strategic priorities, and investigate data integrity issues to ensure analytical accuracy. Develop and QA Tableau data pipelines and dashboards that surface actionable insights for product, growth, and leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in analytics
- at least 1 year managing or mentoring analysts
- Strong SQL skills in Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Proven track record of making data-driven recommendations that lead to measurable impact
- Proficient in Tableau with the ability to build self-serve dashboards and executive-ready visual narratives
- Experience supporting A/B testing and experimentation at scale
- Excellent communicator who can simplify complex data and influence decision-makers
- Collaborative, personable, and curious, with a mix of technical skill and business acumen
- Detail-oriented and determined to see projects through from start to finish
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver executive-ready visualizations and presentations
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
- Demonstrated experience defining, tracking, and interpreting product KPIs and success metrics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling stories for diverse audiences
- This is a full-time exempt position
- This position is in-office, working out of our HQ in Durham, North Carolina 4x a week
