Job Summary
Senior Manager Analytics & Decision Systems responsible for establishing enterprise analytics capabilities across finance, operations, engineering, and executives; lead strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise reporting, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and self-service analytics; partner with IT and business leadership to align analytics with strategic priorities and operational workflows; drive adoption of analytics tools and data-driven decision-making across the organization; oversee development of Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and governance of reporting standards and methodologies; identify opportunities for operational improvement through analytics and insight generation; develop and manage analytics engineering and BI resources; ensure accuracy, governance, and accessibility of data across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Proven experience building enterprise analytics programs, KPI frameworks, and reporting capabilities
- Strong experience with Power BI or similar enterprise BI platforms
