Job Summary
Senior Manager of Sales Ops within the Analytics team leads data-driven alignment of sales goals with frameworks and processes, oversees data architecture for new data sources, designs data models and pipelines, and ensures clean data flows into CRM and analytics platforms. This role partners with engineering on governance and documentation, enables field strategy optimization, and uses AI tools to accelerate forecasting and reporting. Responsibilities include providing daily/weekly/monthly sales forecasts, pursuing lead-generation opportunities, coordinating with merchandising and training teams, and driving upgrades to stylist experience and seasonal planning. Key skills include SQL/Tableau/BI tools, Excel-based financial modeling, data governance, data pipelines, KPI analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to enable strategic sales initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- 10 years experience in a related field with a demonstrated history of improving sales productivity
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and other BI/Data Visualization tools preferred
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable data architecture, data models, schemas, and pipelines
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to drive data-driven decision making
- Experience with Excel and financial modeling
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, merchandising, and training teams
- Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows
- Strong communication and project-management skills
