Job Summary
Senior Manager, Analytics and Insights within the Singapore Public Service’s Planning and Intelligence Division leads development and refinement of Fraud Analytics Models to strengthen fraud and abuse risk management. Responsible for collaborating with data scientists to build and maintain analytics, performing periodic reviews of analytics and claims analysis, researching advanced techniques to detect emerging fraud, conducting pre- and post-disbursement claims analysis, and coordinating with SWDA business units to ensure comprehensive coverage of fraud analytics across end-to-end processes. Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills (Tableau, Python, SQL, VBA), effective communication and stakeholder engagement, and capacity to translate insights into actionable data features and governance strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Manager: at least 6 years of experience in data analytics, computer/data science, statistics, applied mathematics, business analytics
- Proficiency in Tableau, Python, SQL, and VBA
- Strong writing, communication, and project management skills
- Individual contributor role
- 1-year contract with potential for extension and tenure consideration
