Job Summary
Senior Manager, Alliances and Channels (FINS) focused on driving partner-led growth for Salesforce's Financial Services Enterprise segment, owning partner pipeline and partner business growth, building GTM-ready partnerships, and coordinating with segment stakeholders and partner executives. Role emphasizes enabling partners through structured GTM programs, capability development, and joint solution positioning aligned to segment priorities; requires 15-18 years of experience in alliances, sales, strategy, and business development, with strong enterprise sales expertise in financial services, ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a track record of driving GTM programs and partner-led growth. Willingness to travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- 15-18 years of experience across alliances, sales, strategy and business development
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales, preferably in Financial Services
- Experience working with multiple teams to drive outcomes in a collaborative manner
- Ability to think strategically and develop compelling plans for new initiatives
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across organizations
- Working knowledge of Salesforce technology and SaaS, PaaS, and aPaaS markets
- Strong execution focus with a balance of strategy and operations
- Willingness to travel as required
