Job Summary
Lead complex SAP SuccessFactors implementations across national and international project phases, managing end-to-end delivery from requirements analysis to system configuration and workshop moderation. Direct stakeholder management with clients while mentoring junior colleagues and driving the acquisition of new accounts and projects. Advance internal knowledge sharing and network with the global Deloitte community to expand organizational expertise. This senior role requires a minimum of seven years in international consulting, specifically in cloud-based HCM system introductions, alongside expertise in HR strategy, process design, and the future of work. Based in Vienna, the position offers a gross annual salary starting at €81,200 with flexible working arrangements including home office options.
Required Qualifications
- Mindestens 7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung als Projektleiter:in bei der Einführung von Cloud basierten HCM-Systemen
