Job Summary
Design and build end-to-end automated data pipelines that ingest, reconcile, and normalize workforce data from Workday, finance systems, and recruiting tools. Create self-healing automation to detect data drift, validate freshness, and alert on anomalies, eliminating manual reporting. Apply AI/ML models to forecast attrition risk, hiring pipeline health, and organizational capacity gaps while leveraging large language models to automate narrative reporting and executive briefings. Develop real-time operational dashboards in Tableau and Google App Script that serve as the single source of truth for headcount management across a 5,000+ person engineering organization. Automate the full headcount lifecycle from requisition creation to backfill initiation and implement intelligent alerting systems for workforce risks. Partner daily with Finance, Recruiting, Employee Success, and Engineering leadership to define data architecture and establish governance standards.

- Experience with workforce data systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, or equivalent HRIS) and understanding of headcount management processes
- Track record of building something from zero — comfortable with ambiguity, able to define scope, and energized by greenfield work
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical approaches into business value for non-technical stakeholder
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks, LLM-based automation, or AI-assisted workflow orchestration
- Familiarity with Google Apps Script, Google Workspace APIs, or similar integration platforms
