Job Summary
Senior Manager, AI Marketing Operations reporting to the VP of Marketing will drive AI/analytics-driven initiatives within marketing, designing and deploying AI-enabled demand unit models, intent-based segmentation, and multi-touch attribution across campaigns; collaborate with Demand Gen, Sales, and Product Marketing teams; manage marketing automation and CRM integrations (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot), and translate AI insights into measurable pipeline improvements and ROI for enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field required
- Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics, AI/ML, or MBA with analytics focus preferred
