Job Summary
Senior Manager for AI Engineering at Anaplan to lead a high-performing AI/ML team, define and execute the roadmap for AI/ML initiatives, architect scalable production-grade AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), drive MLOps/CI-CD, monitor models, govern AI solutions, and collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role requires staying at the forefront of AI/ML advancements (including LLMs and agentic AI), managing timelines and resources, and delivering high-quality AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading AI/ML teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Deep expertise in time series forecasting and machine learning
- Experience architecting and deploying scalable, production-grade AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Solid understanding of MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and cloud-native architectures
- Deep knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and conversational AI patterns
- Experience with agentic frameworks and autonomous agent architectures
- Proficiency in Python and modern software development practices (testing, code review, CI/CD)
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time with high quality
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of delivering impactful AI solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks like Spark
- Familiarity with the challenges of applying AI in enterprise planning or financial domains
- A portfolio of published research or contributions to open-source AI projects
- 10 Years +
