Job Summary
Drive AI business enablement and scalability across BMO InvestorLine by owning adoption strategies, change management, and the future state agentic operating model. Lead cross-functional partnerships to identify shared AI opportunities, co-develop scalable solutions, and establish cost-sharing approaches for joint initiatives. Execute learning and development programs, build centralized knowledge ecosystems, and track adoption metrics to translate insights into actionable leadership direction. Reinforce responsible AI usage aligned with enterprise governance while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution across Wealth and BMO business lines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study
- Minimum of two years of management consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Deep understanding of AI technology and delivery, including SDLC, agentic solution architecture, AI harness development, and the scalability of technology elements across use cases
- Expert level understanding of modern applied AI capabilities and their application in business contexts
- Demonstrated experience driving adoption of AI tools, capabilities, and ways of working at scale
- Proven ability to operate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions
- Working knowledge of responsible AI, governance considerations, and data/privacy requirements within a highly regulated industry
