Senior Manager - AI Delivery Lead

Senior Manager, AI Delivery Lead to lead large-scale AI transformation initiatives from strategy through execution in the Bay Area. Responsibilities include driving end-to-end AI-enabled transformation, mapping workflows with business leaders, translating challenges into practical AI use cases, designing and operationalizing AI-enabled solutions, and leading client engagements across multiple initiatives. Partner with product, engineering, data, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered workflows, copilots, and automation across enterprise functions. Build governance models, delivery frameworks, and adoption approaches to enable scalable enterprise AI transformation, and mentor delivery teams while supporting business growth and practice development. Requirements include 10+ years in consulting/transformation roles, 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs, hands-on AI experience (agents, automation, copilots), strong understanding of generative AI concepts, experience with Agile delivery, and a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). Located in San Francisco and eligible to work in the United States. Preferred qualifications cover enterprise AI transformation experience, tools like OpenAI, LangChain, and various delivery platforms, and certifications. Salary range: $180,000 - $210,000 with benefits; visa sponsorship not offered.
