Job Summary
Lead delivery and effectiveness across multiple Scrum teams building AI platform services, working closely with Technical Leads to drive technical design and implementation. Own planning, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery tracking to ensure consistent execution against the AI platform vision, strategy, and roadmap. Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively while leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams with a focus on performance management and career development. Align with Product, Portfolio, and Architecture teams to provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs, acting as the escalation point for delivery issues. Maintain technical understanding to support decisions on architecture alignment and AI/ML concepts including LLMs, RAG, and cloud-native patterns without hands-on coding. Manage two distributed Scrum teams while ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in software/product development with delivery leadership
- Proven track record delivering complex distributed systems
- Strong execution, planning, and tracking experience
- Experience managing dependencies, risks, and cross-team delivery
- Strong people leadership and coaching experience
- Agile delivery experience and continuous improvement mindset
- Good understanding of cloud and modern engineering practices
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working in globally distributed teams
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must pass a drug screening and comprehensive background check

Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs
- Familiarity with RAG, agents, and orchestration patterns
- Awareness of MCP, A2A frameworks
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred)
- Knowledge of AI lifecycle, governance, and security
- Ability to partner with Technical Leads on design decisions
