Job Summary
Coordinate tracking of Agency strategic imperatives covering activity, productivity, and cohort performance to conduct diagnosis, identify root causes, and recommend improvements. Partner with functional heads to support execution of Agency priorities through timely insights, while managing monthly business reviews, GEC/Board updates, and external disclosures. Lead the annual planning team to consolidate, stress test, and finalize the three-year Agency growth plan through bottom-up collaboration with local business units. Enforce the PruWay of Performance Management cadence across markets to facilitate disciplined sales activities and drive acceleration of the Agency Quantum Leap execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience within the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong strategic and business acumen
- Relevant experience in business management and/or insurance distribution
- Preferably Agency distribution, in Asia
- Strong data analytics skills
- Ability to integrate and translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to facilitate performance dialogue and management decision
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing work environment
- Effective team player
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels
- Ability to navigate ambiguity
