Senior Manager, Affirm Bank Accounting (Controller)

Lead day-to-day operational duties of the Affirm Bank Accounting Team, managing general ledger flows and ensuring successful integration of accounting systems into Affirm's infrastructure. Build and lead the team through strategic direction, recruitment, and coaching while serving as the primary liaison with Affirm, Inc. cross-functional teams under the Intercompany Program Agreement. Oversee monthly reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, and establish a controlled regulatory reporting function for filings such as FFIEC 041 Call Reports and Part 363 Annual Reports. Coordinate the annual Bank financial statement audit with external auditors and drive process automation initiatives with engineering and product teams. Manage financial analysis and projects as required to support the bank's formation and operational build-out.
