Job Summary
Senior Manager, Affiliate Marketing responsible for the end-to-end execution of affiliate partnerships, including recruitment, onboarding, and relationship-building; develop and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to drive program revenue, partner performance, and growth through data analysis and performance management; oversee platform-related activities, tracking, reporting, and communication; manage campaigns, budgets, payouts, invoicing, and payment processing; maintain strong affiliate and client communications, provide performance insights, and stay ahead of industry trends; travel between NY and Dallas offices and participate in client and company meetings across the U.S.; operate in a hybrid work environment with NYC and Dallas offices and collaborate with internal teams to ensure program compliance and strategic scope.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years proven experience in affiliate marketing program management
- Strong understanding of affiliate platforms (Impact, Rakuten, AWIN or similar)
- Experience with transitioning clients on/off affiliate platforms
- Proven success in affiliate recruitment, campaign development, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication skills and relationship-building with affiliates and internal teams
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools
- Budget management and alignment with business goals
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance for affiliate programs
