Job Summary

Senior Manager, Advertiser Sales responsible for developing advertiser partnerships and strategic consulting to integrate advertiser clients into mrge's commerce network. You will identify and acquire new advertiser partners (e-commerce brands and retailers), manage relationship-building with brands, negotiate contracts and terms, collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams, and monitor market trends to inform strategy. Key skills include B2B sales, negotiation, e-commerce/marketing analytics, and strong communication in German and English; familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in online B2B sales
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Familiar with CPC, CPO, CR, and KUR metrics
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
